For this renovation of a two bed/two bath condo, I wanted to update it with timeless elements like charcoal herringbone tile floors and monochromatic architectural finishes evoking a casual sophistication. The unique two level floor plan remained the same but all finishes were updated. Clean lines and high contrast finishes were paired with white oak flooring and bronze fixtures to warm up the monochromatic scheme. I  also brought in warm greys and curved furniture to help soften the otherwise sharp palette.
