Furnished with Art Deco inspired furniture, the client wanted a polished interior with hints of glamour. What began as a two bedroom suite, became a large one bedroom, giving her ample closet space (with walk-in and wall unit), and spacious principal bathroom, as well as more room to entertain guests.

Faux wainscotting was added to the bedroom and dining room walls. A palette of medium dark greys and black throughout help to ground the great room, while ripple fold linen sheers gently let the light in while still giving the homeowner privacy.

The entry hall was cleaned up with new trim-less closet doors, where previously installed were bifolds and a sliding barn door. The main bathroom featured dramatic wall covering while the shower was finished with a metallic porcelain slab to add sheen.

The bedroom featured a custom glass door closet system and dark blue velvet drapes to add contrast and sheen.
